“Kevin and Julio really helped me out. They got this older Motorola Phone I had fixed it for less than 150$ it had important info on there. They quoted me 2-3 days for shipping repair time and all that got it done less then 2 days. Also I was splitting the bill and Kevin was very knowledge on taking payments and was able to help me pay for the services that I needed with no hassle I totally recommend them for anyone who needs them and they have great costumer service and really knowledgeable technicians there. We have been with T-Mobile for 17 years, and have had our share of "customer service reps" that have been little to no help. We mainly went in to have a data transfer from our old phones to our new ones. Dylan, our main tech that helped us, was fantastic. Ken and Jasmine stepped in from time to time with thoughtful suggestions and answering our many questions. We left feeling good about the choice we made in going to the RSM location.
