“I have a Cox account for my senior mother and have been unhappy due to the increasing cost. You use to be able to call and negotiate cost. However its become more difficult to get a hold of someone and successful negotiate the cost of cable service. I made the difficult decision to remove cable and only keep internet for my mother. I went to the Cox store today and was helped by Joey Lopez. He was not only pleasant but extremely helpful and informative. He let me know about the Affordable Connectivity Program that my mother may qualify for. Joey made the process easy and without stress. Thank you”
“Excellent customer service. My wife and I went in to this branch because of the great reviews. We have been with T-Mobile for 17 years, and have had our share of "customer service reps" that have been little to no help. We mainly went in to have a data transfer from our old phones to our new ones. Dylan, our main tech that helped us, was fantastic.
