He was beyond polite and efficient during the exchange process. His excellent customer service prompted me to return to the store two days later for my kids back to school shopping. Everyone at the store was helpful at this second visit too. They really go above and beyond other retail stores I've visted recently. Highly recommend this Tilly's store. Bonus: They had a great sale going at this time. Both kids got some cool clothes.”

“Dude this by far my favorite vans location to shop at - it's a small store but the customer servers is peak. I think it was Barbie who helped me out the two times I visited while I was in town and she helped me find the right size hoodie I needed for my trip to Europe. The other associates were chill too. “Nice hand bags and wallets. Not a fan of all of their jewelry. Their signature heart is not one of my favorites. The do have a lot of other nice pieces. If you're into charm bracelets that's the place to go. If you wear an Apple watch they have some nice watch bands. In my opinion their best product is their sunglasses. They are fantastic. They are priced somewhere between $100 and $160. They are well made and I haven't broken a pair yet. They have nice designs, lens shapes, and side detail. If you like dark lenses they have those as well. I've been wearing their sunglasses for over 10 years now and have about 10 pairs. I have bought them as gifts for for relatives and friends as well. They hold up very well and I definitely recommend them! Very friendly, welcoming customer service.”

I have nearly no pain and can work for hours. He's saved me. I live 3.5 hours away so he ships my shoes and socks! I just convinced my 30 year old daughter to give him a try! “I feel like clothing retailers are usually reviewed negatively about their products, a shopper's unfavorable experience, or negative customer service and not enough is said about exceptional customer service - so here's one :).
I am not a regular shopper of Madewell but recently bought an item online because I saw it in-person at the store. It didn't work out so I went to Madewell MV and was assisted by Jaidyn M. Hopefully this is the correct young lady because I didn't catch her name at the time but found this name on my emailed receipt.
Jaidyn was extremely warm and patient and helped me complete the return. I know we've all been there when making a return at any retailer only to feel like we're bothering them or taking away from their daily revenue goal, which we are lol, but Jaidyn didn't make me feel that way at all.
Her pleasant demeaner and quick assistance was greatly appreciated last month (mid-October). Thanks so much, Jaidyn! It's because of you I have started to shop here more often. Keep up good work!”
