“I had a great customer experience at this store with the wonderful Jaden. I came to exchange an item that I purchased online. The color was not accurate to the online description. He was beyond polite and efficient during the exchange process. His excellent customer service prompted me to return to the store two days later for my kids back to school shopping. Everyone at the store was helpful at this second visit too. They really go above and beyond other retail stores I've visted recently. Highly recommend this Tilly's store. Bonus: They had a great sale going at this time. Both kids got some cool clothes.”

“Great experience and prices! They're conveniently located in a spacious shopping center with plenty of very close parking right in front. I had a scrub top embroidered for just $12 as they've done my program's logo before. They estimated about 2 weeks and I got a text within a week for pick-up. They do require pre-payment for embroidery. It's also so convenient to find a place that has so many scrubs and dressing rooms, as most scrub companies are e-commerce only leaving you to guess sizing and go through return hassles. They also sell stethoscopes, accessories, badge reels, scrub caps, claw clips, face masks, you name it! A healthcare professional's one-stop-shop!”

“I have purchased a few pair of shoes from here. I haven’t had a bad experience yet. Aj was super cool to me when i was in there the last time. The shoes aren’t over priced and are actually at times under priced compared to Stock X goat and stadium goods. Check em out if you’re looking for some great shoes. Went in again today and Tyler was super cool and helpful and fun to take with. Keep this shop going and go buy some shoes from them.”
“Great Carter's store! The staff is super friendly and the place is very clean and organized. They have a sma drawing station for the older kids right by the registers. They also have a couple of fitting rooms to try on clothes. They have a pretty large baby selection for both boys and girls which is great. They always have some sort of sale going on, and the clearance section is in the back right and left of the store for girls and boys.”
“I went in to replace an earring that my wife had lost from her set. I handed the earring to Debi, the employee who assisted me, and without hesitation, she provided me with a new set. This was my first time shopping at this store, but I will definitely return to buy something for our upcoming anniversary. Both Debi and her co-worker were very professional and helpful; they even offered me cookies and finger food before I left.”

“The people working at this location supply the best customer service assistance. I was really impressed by how Karen helped me pick out some shirts today. She was so friendly and helpful. I walked in and was immediately greeted. I was looking for a shirt I saw online and Karen located it immediately. They were very kind when I unfolded a couple other shirts to look at but I didn't want them. Karen and another gentleman said, no worries, unfold as many as you like, we are happy to have you take a look. I found several shirts and was asked if I would like to try them on to make sure I liked the fit. The gentleman reserved a dressing room and kindly put the shirts I was carrying around in the room with my name on the door so I could look for additional items. Thank goodness they suggested I try them on as I would have purchased the wrong size. They immediately found a better size for me and I decided to buy 3 instead of 1. I will definitely return to buy more items. I didn't realize Tilly's had such nice adult summer clothes. Thank you for the amazing help today.”

“Mario has a knack for selecting the best shoe for your pain issues. I've been a customer for over 10 years. He healed my plantar fasciitis by prescribing proper shoes! I have nearly no pain and can work for hours. He's saved me. I live 3.5 hours away so he ships my shoes and socks! I just convinced my 30 year old daughter to give him a try! I am not a regular shopper of Madewell but recently bought an item online because I saw it in-person at the store. It didn't work out so I went to Madewell MV and was assisted by Jaidyn M. Hopefully this is the correct young lady because I didn't catch her name at the time but found this name on my emailed receipt.
Jaidyn was extremely warm and patient and helped me complete the return. I know we've all been there when making a return at any retailer only to feel like we're bothering them or taking away from their daily revenue goal, which we are lol, but Jaidyn didn't make me feel that way at all.
Her pleasant demeaner and quick assistance was greatly appreciated last month (mid-October). Thanks so much, Jaidyn! It's because of you I have started to shop here more often. Keep up good work!”

“I have been here a handful of times, but have mostly made our purchases through their online website. My daughter actually wanted to shop on Black Friday, so we hit up Forever 21. They were having a decent sale in person (and online) where everything was 50% off, unlike some of the other stores in the Shops at Mission Viejo Mall who had no sales running (or just their usual daily advertisements). She ended up falling in love with a couple of really cute Fall colored jackets, stylish pants and tops. We also picked up a few accessories for ourselves and for Christmas gifts along the way while we waited in their crazy long line (yet manageable with patience) as we made our way up to the registers. We will definitely be back!”
