“Nice hand bags and wallets. Not a fan of all of their jewelry. Their signature heart is not one of my favorites. The do have a lot of other nice pieces. If you're into charm bracelets that's the place to go. If you wear an Apple watch they have some nice watch bands. In my opinion their best product is their sunglasses. They are fantastic. They are priced somewhere between $100 and $160. They are well made and I haven't broken a pair yet. They have nice designs, lens shapes, and side detail. If you like dark lenses they have those as well. I've been wearing their sunglasses for over 10 years now and have about 10 pairs. I have bought them as gifts for for relatives and friends as well. They hold up very well and I definitely recommend them! Very friendly, welcoming customer service.”

I am not a regular shopper of Madewell but recently bought an item online because I saw it in-person at the store. It didn't work out so I went to Madewell MV and was assisted by Jaidyn M. Hopefully this is the correct young lady because I didn't catch her name at the time but found this name on my emailed receipt.
Jaidyn was extremely warm and patient and helped me complete the return. I know we've all been there when making a return at any retailer only to feel like we're bothering them or taking away from their daily revenue goal, which we are lol, but Jaidyn didn't make me feel that way at all.
Her pleasant demeaner and quick assistance was greatly appreciated last month (mid-October). Thanks so much, Jaidyn! It's because of you I have started to shop here more often. Keep up good work!”

“I live in north OC but work in south OC. I needed a new pair of walking shoes and decided to check out the Champs Sports store in the MV mall rather than drive to the outlet at San Clemente. I was pleasantly surprised at two things: the number of shoe brands available and the excellent service I received. Jade was very knowledgeable about the different shoes and asked good questions to help me narrow down my choices. After trying on a few different brand of shoes I found one that was right for me. “I love this little gem of a store in the Mall of Mission Viejo! It has a wonderful selection of unique and beautiful fashion from clothing to shoes to accessories. I have been shopping here for a few years and I just wanted to comment on how fantastic the sales people are and the customer service. It is rare to find a boutique that truly has it all.
