“I had an excellent experience with this body shop. My Tesla Model Y was damaged while I was driving through the mountains of Oregon after hitting something on the freeway, which caused a major coolant leak and left the car undrivable. Being far from home made the whole situation even more stressful.

From the moment my Tesla arrived at the shop, they took great care of it. They repaired the damage using genuine Tesla parts, and the quality of the work was excellent. When I picked up the car, I was also impressed by the extra attention to detail — they had washed the entire car and even charged it to 100% before returning it to me.

After such a stressful experience on the road, getting my Tesla back repaired, clean, fully charged, and ready to drive home was a huge relief.

I truly appreciate the professionalism, quality of work, and care they showed throughout the process. I would absolutely recommend this shop to any Tesla owner, especially anyone looking for a shop that takes pride in doing the job right.

“Redding RV rentals was amazing! Matthias the owner was a great host, he picked up my family and I at the airport and had everything ready to go for us. Everything was a quick transaction and we were on our way to a great week of camping. We rented the 22ft motorhome, it came with bedding, cooking wear, utensils and a coffee pot. Everything worked great! Matthias gave us a thorough walk around on hooking up to water, electric, and septic which was a big help. If you’re headed to Redding for camping or anywhere else hit up Redding RV rentals, owner is awesome and prices are great!”

“When in Redding, and needing a rental, Budget at RDD airport is where to go. Conveniently located, and cars are a short walking distance away from terminal and rental office. Have rented here 3 times before, and will rent here again. I do recommend it, and its staff. Plus no hassle check out/drive out.”

This past Saturday someone behind the desk called me to alert me to their closing at 4pm (the exact time I had scheduled my pickup via Expedia). Great customer service! I sense that they are aware of the bad reviews on here and are working to be better. Thanks for a great experience! (If you are traveling from out of town, I suggest you double check times and make sure locations are open. I have noticed that 3rd party sites like Expedia are not always 100% accurate. Not the fault of this location IMO.)”

“Love.love.love this place. My car was rear ended. I went and got the estimated. They ordered the part and then asked which day would I drop it off. There were five parts of the bumper and the tailgate had to be replaced. They notified me when my car was finished, in 2 days.”

“This was the easiest and most pleasant car rental experience I've ever had! I reserved a truck through kayak.com,we needed to drive to southern CA because my husband's mother passed and we needed to take care of her apartment (etc). It was a stressful situation and this place was so friendly and helpful they made it so much easier! They let us change our pick up time, the lady at the counter asked if I had anything that would help us get a discount, and when i dropped the vehicle off it was less expensive than we'd been expecting! I'm so grateful to this place for making a tough situation more bearable.”

“This review is long overdue as I misplaced Bikesh’s card for a time. I rented a car here earlier this year (car was clean and well maintained) and I had to fly out on a 6am flight. This meant dropping my keys in the after hours drop box, which I did. Then I immediately realized I had left my phone in the now-locked car and I could not get to the keys. My stomach dropped and I went into a full panic. This was entirely my fault (I blame the 4:30am arrival) and I was trying to figure out what to do. A very kind woman at TSA let me use her phone and then a helpful security guard came over. I think he took pity on me and decided to call the Avis owner, Bikesh. Bikesh got out of bed and came to the airport to retrieve my phone so I could make my 6am flight. That is serious customer service! Thank you again and I am sorry for dragging you out at that hour!”
