“I just rented a car from Budget and found that the following morning I had a low pressure warning light. I found out that the tire was leaking because I could track its pressure using the dashboard display. When I talked to the customer service agent, they were able to give me a refund that more than compensated me for the effort of having to fill the tire both days of my rental. I appreciate their desire to please me as a customer.”

“I live in Redding and regularly rent from this location. This past Saturday someone behind the desk called me to alert me to their closing at 4pm (the exact time I had scheduled my pickup via Expedia). Great customer service! I sense that they are aware of the bad reviews on here and are working to be better. Thanks for a great experience! (If you are traveling from out of town, I suggest you double check times and make sure locations are open. I have noticed that 3rd party sites like Expedia are not always 100% accurate. Not the fault of this location IMO.)”

“My Subaru had over 6 thousand dollars worth of damage and Millers helped me tremendously throughout the entire process, they got me an estimate within a few hours of me calling and we’re kind and compassionate. It only took them two days to fix my car which was shocking w fast it was done considering the extent of the damage. Joyce and Kent updated me through the process and we’re so kind and considerate every time we spoke. I would choose Millers any time my car needs fixed and highly recommend anyone else going there.”

“I wanted to say thank you so much.. to the office manager, James.. .as well as the driver, Pat for the help they provided me yesterday. I wanted to relocate my disabled mother to a safe location before it was an emergency fire evacuation. They arrived a bit early. I live in a rural and wooded area. The driver helped me not only with a smooth transition into the van, despite stairs, he also helped me load her items into the transport van as well as carry in many of her belongings into her new destination. I am truly grateful and appreciate your compassion and timely response.”

“This was the easiest and most pleasant car rental experience I've ever had! I reserved a truck through kayak.com,we needed to drive to southern CA because my husband's mother passed and we needed to take care of her apartment (etc). It was a stressful situation and this place was so friendly and helpful they made it so much easier! They let us change our pick up time, the lady at the counter asked if I had anything that would help us get a discount, and when i dropped the vehicle off it was less expensive than we'd been expecting! I'm so grateful to this place for making a tough situation more bearable.”
