“Took my car here to get it smogged as everywhere else won't see you past 4:30, and that's the only time I could get time to get it done. Without appointment he was able to fit me in, got the test done rather quick, made good conversation the entire time and was very friendly. Even gave me advice on how to pinpoint some other issues I thought I may have been having free of charge, and upon explaining an issue I was having and wasn't sure which of two parts was causing it, he once again for free told which of the two it was. The smog test was slightly more than other smog places, but for a one man shop what can you expect. “This is a great place for auto repair and pre-purchase inspections! I wanted to get my new used car inspected to ensure there were so serious problems with the car, and they did a full and thorough report on the car to make sure I was getting a good deal. They sent a full report via text and printed on the report as well so I could have it on my phone and paper copy. They were super friendly and answered all my questions about the needed repairs, and they assured me I was buying a good car for the price. It's great to have that piece of mind when purchasing a used car because you never know what you're getting until you have the professionals take a look.They said the car needed new rear brakes, new windshield wipers, and a few other things. They provided pictures of the brakes so I could see for myself. I could tell the windshield wipers needed to be replaced the first time I drove it home. “Afran is literally the best. We could not give him a higher recommenation.We were rolling through Redding on our road trip from Arizona. Our tire pressure sensors were going off through the mountains, so we stopped to put air in at a gas station. We had 2 valve stems that wouldn't put air in or out and 2 tires were way over inflated. I called him to see if we could come by his shop and have a professional look at them.Turns out we were correct. All of our tires had different pressure. The 2 valve stems on the driver side had something blocking them and OUR REAR TIRES WERE PUT ON BACKWARDS! ?He immediately got to work switching the rear tires, clearing the steams and making sure all tire pressure was the same. He was literally the angel we needed on this day. He felt the same emotions we were feeling and you can see and feel his relief for us once he completed helping us. We went to USA TIRES in a nervous state and left feeling better and safer than when we left Arizona. He did not help us for personal gain, but purely for the safety of our family. Thank you Afran. You have blessed our family and we are forever grateful!”
