“My car broke down at Lake Shasta with a broken water pump on Friday afternoon. I called around and this was the only place open on Saturday. The staff was very friendly and helpful. After getting it towed there, I visited on Sat morning and they did their best to fix it as soon as possible and tracked down an apparently difficult to find part. The car was all ready by Tuesday afternoon. Really appreciate the team, especially Kayla (sp?) for getting it done in time while I was on vacation.”
“I cannot recommend MDR Automotive enough! My family and I were camping at Lassen Volcanic National Park to escape the wildfire smoke back home in Oregon when our Jeep completely broke down. We were stranded five hours from home, incredibly stressed, and in total crisis mode. After calling numerous shops that all turned us away, MDR Automotive stepped up to help. They let us tow the Jeep in on Friday night and had it completely fixed by Saturday. It turned out to be the alternator, and they only charged us $360. Being stranded travelers, we were in a vulnerable position where a dishonest shop easily could have taken advantage of us and overcharged. Instead, MDR showed immense integrity and honesty. Thanks to their quick, fair, and professional service, we were able to make it back home safely. If you are ever in a vehicle crisis near Redding, you can completely trust these guys to treat you right.”

“Jeff and his crew are so awesome. We had an employee who needed new bearings in her car and we called on a Monday morning to see if they could squeeze us in. He said bring it on by we will get it done. I dropped the hub off, went to the bank and the Dutch right next to the shop and they were calling me to pick it up because they were already done! 30 mins tops! These guys are so friendly and professional. Its no wonder they are so busy all the time because they know what they are doing and they are an honest place to get your car or truck worked on.
