“I had an excellent experience with this body shop. My Tesla Model Y was damaged while I was driving through the mountains of Oregon after hitting something on the freeway, which caused a major coolant leak and left the car undrivable. Being far from home made the whole situation even more stressful.
From the moment my Tesla arrived at the shop, they took great care of it. They repaired the damage using genuine Tesla parts, and the quality of the work was excellent. When I picked up the car, I was also impressed by the extra attention to detail — they had washed the entire car and even charged it to 100% before returning it to me.
After such a stressful experience on the road, getting my Tesla back repaired, clean, fully charged, and ready to drive home was a huge relief.

“Great service! Most importantly, timely service (within the limits of getting parts and technicians scheduled), communication was always clear about these things. I was paying out of pocket and Todd was really clear with me about costs and they worked with me to customize the job without hesitation. “Well I called Big Ray's about a windshield on Wednesday and they put it in on Thursday. They were so kind. They said it would take about an hour. They were right. They were very nice and directed me to a restaurant across the street. That's another story. Bottom line they were wonderful!

“Love.love.love this place. My car was rear ended. I went and got the estimated. They ordered the part and then asked which day would I drop it off. There were five parts of the bumper and the tailgate had to be replaced. They notified me when my car was finished, in 2 days.”
