“I just want to give the biggest shout-out to the team at Zumiez at the Mount Shasta mall — especially Josh — for their incredible customer service. My 10-year-old son was shopping there today, and the way Josh supported him genuinely meant the world to me.
This isn’t the first time my son was helped and has had an amazing experience with Josh. My son had even said before we got there that he had hoped that you were working this evening. He’s talked so highly of you and I can absolutely see and understand why and it was a pleasure to meet you.

The owner, Kat, is such a sweet, kind person. We got 8 high-quality items, jeans, shoes, a hat, dresses, and earrings, all for $105.00. What a bargain!
