Members 1st Credit Union is highly regarded for its professional staff at both the Pine St and Hilltop branches. Customers appreciate the friendly service and professionalism of the banking team. However, some clients express a desire for extended hours, particularly on Saturdays, to accommodate their schedules better. While the ATM is available for deposits, many feel that in-person services should also be accessible. Overall, Members 1st Credit Union is seen as a trustworthy and customer-focused institution.
Enjoy this branch but unfortunately with my work schedule I can't make it in to deposit money into my account. I realize the atm is accessible although I dont think we should have to only use atm there should be a Saturday schedule for some part of the day.

This credit union always gets me in and out quickly. When I couldn’t get in to my online account the teller was very helpful and walked me through the process step by step.
