“This is not your typical coffee shop or plant nursery. That said, I feel like it is the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee and a panini with friends (with or without kids). We stumbled across this place after going to the Saturday farmers market. It’s not a full coffee bar; they have a simple menu of locally roasted drip coffee for $2, paninis, soup, salad, beignets, and a few packaged chips. The panini was ample and delicious, the coffee hot and fresh. You cannot beat the ambience. It’s like a beautiful garden with many little sitting nooks. They also are open Friday evenings and have some live music, wine and beer, fire pits with s’mores kits for the kids. (I hear they are looking into adding a Sunday brunch soon too). As a non-profit, their ultimate mission is to help the underserved by offering training in horticulture and hospitality. This is a Redding gem for what it offers, how it helps the community, and I will certainly will be back!”
“I had another great experience at Wyntour today! Ryan was an enormous help and helped me pick out the perfect rose color/type for back yard my wife and I are trying to create. The girls up front, Ashton and Darcy, helped make the trip there pleasant from beginning-to-end. Wyntour is awesome! Sidenote: the new waterfall and koi pond adds a very elegant touch to the visit!”
“Lowe's may have more of what you don't really need or want, but have less helping employees. While home Depot has more of what you want & need, and more helpful employees too.”
“Love Home Depot. Majority of the employees here are happy to help and are very helpful. Most of them are really nice as well. Great selection of plants and milwaukee tools.”
“Went in with pictures of the items we needed to repair. While they weren’t the right place to seek what we needed they were extremely helpful directing us to the best place nearby. Great customer service and very friendly.”
