Cultivating community, one plant, plate, and person at a time. Plantable is a nonprofit plant nursery, cafe, and training center dedicated to empowering individuals facing employment barriers—including those experiencing homelessness, former foster youth, and people with disabilities—through hands-on experience in horticulture and food service.
When you visit our beautiful outdoor nursery and cafe, you are directly supporting our mission. Join us for locally grown plants, expert garden advice, or a relaxing picnic featuring our signature paninis, fresh beignets and coffee. Beyond our nursery and cafe, we are proud to host community events, garden clean-ups at Calaboose Creek, and unique gatherings in our event space.
Very nice area to gather with friends and relax. We went on a Friday evening and it was all lit up with lights. You can purchase different drinks and often times food vendors are also there. Highly recommend for a date night or a night out with friends!
