“I'm so glad I have a Costco within easy driving distance. Even though I live 30 miles south of Redding, I'm up here so often it 's still convenient for me to drop into Costco here when I need. I try to go during the off hours, so the lines are not a prob. Just get here at opening or a couple of hours before closing and it's easy in and easy out. They have the most efficient checkers here I've ever seen .. well say compared to most grocery stores or .... Walmart! I love to get the foods that are easy to make as I don't have a lot of time of skill to do any fancy cooking. Frozen Kirkland Lasagna is one of my faves, just pop it in the oven and you have food for a few days! The shrimp cocktail is great, it's all ready to eat, just open and enjoy! Big fat clean shrimps with included cocktail sauce in the refrigerated food section by the meat. And then there's those $4.99 rotisserie chickens! I get one every time I come here, cause with food price up like crazy, this is a killer deal for food. I get 3 meals out of one chicken!”

It's in the frozen section and includes 6 individually vac sealed 5 oz pieces for about $24 ... that come out to about $9.95/lb, same price of all the salmon kinds at Costco. These are marinated in a sauce and you just toss them in the oven or BBQ in my case and that's it! 4 min over low direct heat in the BBQ and it's done ... NO flipping! EASY! I'm coming back to get more of these and keep them in the freezer.”
