“I've been in there a few times now and they have everything I need at reasonable prices. I'm not sure what the other reviewers are talking about due to the fact that I've had the most excellent customer service. last week I didn't know exactly what size bolt I needed but I had a sample of what I wanted. The young man behind the counter of us extremely helpful and gave me his opinion and then showed me on the gauge she had. I thought it was a metric M6 and it turned out to be a standard quarter inch fine pitch. frozen yesterday for some rivnuts and they had a excellent selection, And again a very helpful employee.And if you notice the other negative reviews, You can also look at their other reviews and most of them are also negative. This place is five star!”

“Costco is a great place to save money.
Its also a place where it's easy to spend too much money. Choose wisely.
I wish they had planned out the traffic patterns better, for all the traffic that comes into the Costco parking areas, that also go into the fast food places and other stores. That is probably the responsibility of City of Redding planners. They could have made the patterns better before they approved all the building in this shpping area of the past two years. Update 3.30.26: I don't like that they don't post prices on the appliances. They have a nice list of benefits of buying from them, but no prices. I don't feel like having to go online to get prices of items right in front of me. Just wanted to add that note.”
