Had it installed and took out within the 14 day period. I am very close to a tower. Spotty service at best. I'd rather have none than live hoping that it works while paying for it. The business says they are currently working on it. High marks for the nice customer service. Easy to schedule and uninstall.

I love this service. I picked up my unit, took it out of the box, plugged it in and went to surfing the internet. 30 plus Mbps down load speed and 40 plus Mbps upload speed. For what I do it’s perfect so far. Haven’t had to call customer service so that’s a pretty good indicator this is a good service.

In all this confusion of losing my internet, I went to the office to speak to someone about the options. Steven was nice and explained everything. Because they didn't have the equipment to service my house I was able to find another internet provider quickly. So I had to change service but they were nice.
