“Sales person on the floor was nice and helpful. When it came time to pay, the person acted bothered. Was trying to use Klarna to pay, it wasn't working and the person at the register never said a word. I had to ask her to retry on 3 occasions. Finally gave up. Very frustrating that you advertise at the register that you take Klarna, but the people are not familiar with how to make it work and this particular person was not friendly at all.”

The only reason I would come back would be because of him
Myshoes would not fit and he said he would stretch them for me in 24 hours as Shasta boot company would be a week
Your shoes are expensive but with his customer service I don't care
The only place I'm gonna buy my shoes are from him,when I'm at the mall if he's not there I'm not gonna stop
I so appreciate him and I would rate him higher but I could only leave 5 stars.
