“I made a appointment for a alignment, my son took my truck in, found out I have problems with ball joints and such. They proced to align the front end as well as possible. When finished, my son waited to pay and was told NO CHARGE! When the front end is fixed bring it back for the alignment. Who does this anymore? Total awesome in these times!! “I stopped in around 10:00 AM without an appointment while passing through on a full-day road trip back home to Oregon. With winter weather in the mountains, I needed to have my studded tires mounted again so I could make the drive safely. I had actually had the studs removed at this same location a few weeks earlier while traveling the opposite direction.
Even though I arrived without an appointment, they were able to work me in between scheduled customers within a reasonable amount of time.
The staff was pleasant, professional, and very much in line with the customer service reputation that Les Schwab is known for.
I’m not entirely sure what their standard policy is for seasonal tire changeovers, but I appreciated that they didn’t charge me for the swap this time around, especially since I had recently paid for the tire sensor reprogramming during my earlier visit.
Overall, it was a smooth and helpful experience. If I’m traveling through the area again and need tire service, I wouldn’t hesitate to return to this location.”
“OUTSTANDING people, service, attitude and attention. I am on a cross country trip from Virginia to all of the west and my left rear tire had a slow leak today. I brought it in here at 3:30 and these guys got me in, found the screw in it, patched and plugged it, and had me on my way. Hardly any wait at all. I am SO indebted to them and they were so nice. “Love this place! Always a great deal. We wanted 37’s on our truck but couldn’t afford it. Went down to 35’s. For 3 years now. Looks not so good on a 6” lift. Took the truck there put 2 new back tires and got a quote for 37’s. WOW!! Half the price . When we need new tires on truck we are definitely going there. Now getting Jeep Rubicon New tires. I’m only going there from now on!”
