“I went in to see about opening a business account and had the pleasure of working with Mario Silva. It was a great experience! Even though the system was running a bit slow that day, he was super friendly, really knowledgeable, and patient the whole time and let me know what was happening. I asked about applying for a business credit card and he helped explaining all the different options. I wasn't approved at that moment but he let me know that I would get notified shortly to see if I did get approved or not in the end. He was right! A few days later I got a notice saying the application got approved, which was awesome. I believe Mario made what could have been a stressful process really smooth and easy. “Pacific Western Bank is one of our best banks in town. They treat you as a person and not a number. They can do anything that the "big" banks can do for you but in a much more personal and friendly manner. My wife and I have been a customer for a long time and we would not do our banking anywhere else. You can actually call during business hours and they will actually answer the phone and help you with whatever you need unlike other banks. I would recommend anyone to use this bank!”
