“I had locked my keys in the trunk of my car and called my insurance roadside assistance. I waited 5 hours for them to lie and say that they showed up and called me several times. I couldn't wait on my insurance any longer so decided to find my own solution. I called several towing companies and locksmiths, but because it was 4:30 on a Sunday I either had to wait hours or there was no answer. I called a Legacy and they got to me right away, we're extremely nice, quickly unlocked my car, and charged me reasonably. I wish I would have called them hours earlier!”

“Really appreciative of the amazing customer service provided by Pedro. One of my trucks got a flat on the freeway and he was called out by AAA to help. Since the person driving wasn't on the membership AAA required me to be there. Pedro showed compassion and concern for my safety and was okay with me not being there. I chose to hang out at a parking lot one exit before while he fixed the tire since I wanted to have a backup vehicle in case something was wrong with the spare tire. He got there very quickly and got my driver back on the road efficiently. So refreshing to have tow truck drivers representing their companies in such a caring and genuinely nice manner. Thank you Pedro and thank you Broncs Towing for having him as a representative of your company. He did well!”
