VERY very understanding! We called ahead of time to let them know we would not be making it on time to return as we were stuck in LA traffic due to a pile up of crashes. They were able to accommodate our extension. Will be returning!!!

Rental is easy. Personal is courteous and professional. You Just need your drivers license. I did rented the cargo van. Nice, clean, Spacious, late model. Returns are easy even after hours. Thumbs up.
