I loved seeing the variety of styles, all inspired by the heart and culture of the Inland Empire. You can feel the local pride in every piece. “Worth going in; I went in on a whim and realized I enjoyed shopping BR in person far more than online (and their website is quite nice). I had just left a different store that I shall not name where everything was messy and no one was around to help; it was if all of the staff were hiding. The quality of their clothing offerings was also subpar. When I saw Banana Republic, I raced in with relief because I knew from what I ordered online that I like the quality of their career wear. This store is well maintained, visually appealing, and organized. Staff are always available and helpful, but not intrusive. Items are organized by size and I noticed how staff quickly and quietly reorganized items after customers looked through them and perhaps put items back out of size order, or left them unfolded. The dressing rooms are reasonably large and comfortable, and a staff member is there to assist with retrieving different sizes or colors, or suggesting an alternative item or style. I was pleasantly surprised when I returned weeks later and a staff member remembered me and my purchases, and also remembered items I had been on the fence about (the items I'd come back to buy). Overall, it's been a long time since I've had such a pleasant experience at a clothing store, and I've had that experience multiple times shopping here. And, this is 'just' their Factory store! This pleasant experience was on par with the last time I was in a regular Banana Republic shop a few years ago, where my friends and I were treated like VIP guests. I am very impressed with how the Factory store maintains nearly the same level of excellent service, and offers well-made products at reasonable prices in an environment that is truly enjoyable. If you like classic pieces in gorgeous colors (with nods to trends, like cropped silhouettes) that will last more than a season, and would appreciate actually enjoying the shopping experience, you might want to stop here. In a sea of discount stores and department stores where quality and service are tanking, this BR Factory shop is a rare gem.”

“they will follow you around the store and as your shopping breathing down your neck , assuming you’d steal and just profile you . it was very uncomfortable to shop here , considering ive been here before and have bought shirts . their corporate is in mentone , and would rather shop online or another store that doesnt do that to their customers and provides customer service along with a safe and comfortable shopping experience . cute clothes but you can find the same ones from another retailer . super disappointing that this is how that store is now .”
“I am so impressed with the kindness of the employees at Tillys in Citrus Plaza. On multiple occasions they’ve helped with returns, and made the process seamless. When the line is long, they open more registers, while reassuring me that they are going to see my transaction through to the end, I hate taking up too much employee time especially during a busy season. The employees were happy to give outfit suggestions too. Great job Tillys…this staff is top notch.”

They carry sunglasses, backbags, skateboards and accessories etc. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Active brand apparel is a line of skate and youth culture clothing, including graphic tees, hoodies, button-ups, hats, and more. Checkout their World Famous Active Socks. Designed for comfort and support, their Active Socks are some of the best in the business.”
“I don’t really like shopping as I look at it as a chore. I can say I appreciate that music is being played and helps make the chore tolerable. Either way, I have purchased one of many cute outfits from Nordstrom rack online and in store, which I mostly like to do online. On several occasions that I decide to go in store Im always at the clearance aisle. I have purchased some great finds. I was on the lookout for a bday outfit for my daughter’s bday. Happy bday month baby! I ended up getting two dresses and I really wanted the third one but it was way too short and I don’t really want to babysit my outfit but it was so cute , ?. Overall I enjoy when I do come in because some items aren’t on the app and I dance to the music lol. See you soon when I have my next babies bday coming up.”
