The bat had to dig far down in one of the stacks to get my size.And then shaping the hat and cleaning it, he did a wonderful job. Everybody was polite professional. It was quite a few customers in the store and I came in looking for some shoes for both my daughters. The shoes we wanted were not there and Reed offered to order them online and get them shipped to my house. Now when went to order them one of the shoes were no longer available. Reed found a shoe very similar and my daughter ended up them more!
Brandon was running around helping everyone else and still tying to help me locate the shoe.
I just want to say thank you so much to them because customers service goes a long way and I will make sure that I continue to patronize this location because of them!
They were so busy, it seemed as they were understaffed.
