“Well, I went in looking for a new hat. I have a gentleman. Come over and help me right off. The bat had to dig far down in one of the stacks to get my size. And then shaping the hat and cleaning it, he did a wonderful job. Everybody was polite professional. Great selection.Really happy with boot barn. Better fact next month, i've got to replace my boots.I know where i'm going.”

“Reed and Brandon are my heroes! It was quite a few customers in the store and I came in looking for some shoes for both my daughters. The shoes we wanted were not there and Reed offered to order them online and get them shipped to my house. Now when went to order them one of the shoes were no longer available. Reed found a shoe very similar and my daughter ended up them more! Brandon was running around helping everyone else and still tying to help me locate the shoe. I just want to say thank you so much to them because customers service goes a long way and I will make sure that I continue to patronize this location because of them! They were so busy, it seemed as they were understaffed. Thank you again for your great service. Also, thank you for being so sweet to my daughter on her birthday.”

“Ok, I'm in here frequently because I use this for my Amazon pickup spot. They have lockers where you can have Amazon leave your package. With that said, I often do a little shopping while I'm here. The prices are decent and it's like shopping at Ross.”

“Hello macys! I’m so glad for app online ordering. I returned the item because I found it for less the next day. I then purchased the better price item. I wasn’t sure if price match would work if I call it in so I just did it that way instead.”
