“I don't write too many reviews but I am inclined to do so for this particular experience... Last week I was issued a check from my work which normally is auto deposited into my bank account. Due to the circumstances, I was given a check and I needed to cash the check asap and took it to several branches near my residence. 2 out of the 3 Chase branches all refused to cash it and I had explained to them that I just opened my account with them and hadn't received my debit card etc...they pretended to resolve my request but 2 out of the 3 branches after being there waiting for at least 20mins each, all failed and made excuses to why they couldn't cash it? Then, I decided to take one more try at a different branch in Redondo Beach on PCH & Torrance near my old residence before moving... To my surprise, the branch manager Erica Olson listened closely without interrupting me like the others and asked me a few detailed questions to insure that my check was valid and I was a legitimate customer. Kaina the teller who initially assisted me was very polite and listened to my frustrated demeanor and complaint when I explained to her what had happened at the prior branches... Afterwards, Erica the manager decided to cash my "good legitimate" check and finally I was able to leave satisfied....I really respect this branch and the people who work there during these difficult times and they were able to resolve my ordinary simple issue without having to refuse a good customer of a simple request like the other branches have done in Rolling Hills on Hawthorne Blvd/Silver Spur...Thank you Erica and Kaina for your respect and trusting me as your customer! Cheers!”

“I opened a new account at another branch and have been having trouble changing my phone number because I cannot enroll online. Waited for a week for the online people to change the phone number and nothing was done. Talked to the branch who opened the account for me and he told me it cannot be done at his branch!??? and again referred me back to the online team. Made an appointment with the redondo beach branch and Megan, the banker, called and told me I can show up early without the appt and just get my number changed by a teller without an appointment. At first, I was suspicious because I went to the other branch location and the teller told me it cannot be done. To my surprise, the teller at the redondo beach location got it done in less than 5 mins and I was able to enroll online. The staff at this location deserve a lot of praise!”
“Jay helped me back in August to set up my business account. I had went to a different branch the month before, and the lady wasn't helpful at all. Very vague on what I needed to open my business account. I set up an appointment at the Wells Fargo Riviera Village location and Jay helped me and made it a breeze! He was also super helpful with how to proceed to merchant services and helped me with all questions I had during our appointment. Smart, friendly, and efficient. Thanks again Jay!”
