His ultimate pricing was fair and reasonable for the work performed. The tasks i presented to him were not always simple, and I learned to rely on his professional judgment. I could wax eloquent further, but suffice it to say I am pleased with his efforts. “High-Tech Systems is a great, honest and local computer repair shop. Even though they couldn't repair my daughter's laptop, they did the entire diagnostics for free. The laptop had major physical damage due to a spill so it was too costly to repair. They did not charge me for taking a look at it and tell me if it was worth fixing. They worked on it for a few days and they kept me informed of their findings. They gave me the option to fix it but they also said that the cost would be the same as buying a new laptop so they advised me against fixing it. I felt they were honest and straightforward with me at all times.”
