The apartment complex is so beautiful and peaceful. It’s right next to the beach. It feels very secure and management is very attentive. Melody is always very responsive. If I have any concerns, she is quick to answer.

Proud to call this place home. Renovated building next to the beach. Front Office and Maintenance crew are always on top of their game.

Great place to live! Very quiet and only a minute walk to the beach with easy access pathway to beach and walking path. Brianna and Melanie in the office are great-very helpful and nice and no automation! Pet friendly but they keep it clean with regular maintenance.
