Bryan from maintenance is amazing. Whenever I have an issue he responds quickly and either fixes it on the spot or helps get a replacement.

My patio screen door kept coming off its tracks — after several repairs, he went above and beyond to get it replaced for me since it wouldn’t completely shut anymore.
Anytime I have had an issue he goes the extra mile and an is a great asset to this community.

“Every detail we needed was delivered with a smile. Elements is such a warm welcoming place. Brianna and her team treated my family consistently with white glove service from the moment we met, through the rental process through move in! The grounds are beautiful, nicely groomed. The views are breathtaking! Each morning, and evening we were met with sea lions chatting away with each-other and the calming bell sound from the marina makes for an incredible vacation get away feel. Great shops and restaurants within walking distance. A wonderful way to end the day is to get a nice workout in at the gym, then take a dip in the heated pool! We feel so fortunate!
