“Every detail we needed was delivered with a smile. Elements is such a warm welcoming place. Brianna and her team treated my family consistently with white glove service from the moment we met, through the rental process through move in! The grounds are beautiful, nicely groomed. The views are breathtaking! Each morning, and evening we were met with sea lions chatting away with each-other and the calming bell sound from the marina makes for an incredible vacation get away feel. Great shops and restaurants within walking distance. A wonderful way to end the day is to get a nice workout in at the gym, then take a dip in the heated pool! We feel so fortunate! “The property and management are absolutely amazing. The managers are as fair as can be. Some tenants are sour spoiled and will find any reason to complain wherever they go. Some are satisfied knowing this is probably the best it can get. Anytime maintenance was needed, it was done. The property itself is maintained well regularly. Well worth renting if you’re looking to enjoy a beach apartment.”

“The manager Layne goes above and beyond to help all of the residents. This is a beautifully maintained property and many of the residents have lived here for several years. Sometimes it takes a while to get a response when I leave a voicemail but they always get in contact with me and resolve my issue.”
“Ocean Club is such a beautiful place to live It feels like your always on vacation here. The Employees/Office are always friendly and nice Bryan R is always on top of completing our emergency requests he is always so positive and helpful and fast, going over and beyond making sure everything is completed before he walks out the door. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves i’m not the only resident happy with how hard he works.”
