“We visited Ferguson on Marine Ave to look for a replacement of our old Delta shower set. Paola helped us by showing possible alternatives and narrowing down selections based on our preferences (type, color, water pressure, shape design, etc.) and compatibility with the existing plumbing system. She was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. She spent over an hour with us going through the whole process, and in the end, she spotted a tiny incompatibility of a diverter setup that cannot be fixed unless we commit to a larger renovation project (tearing down the wall/tile). We ended up deciding to stick with the existing shower set for now, but Paola was still sincere and very helpful with our questions on much smaller items over email communications afterwards.
