“Very detailed and professional. Finished the project within the quoted timeframe. Reasonably priced and friendly staff.
Jayson was on top of the project throughout the whole process and kept us informed.
Florence was knowledgeable and helpful as well.”
“Excellent customer service by Mike C. We bought a dryer today and he made the process very easy for us. We are thankful for his knowledge and professionalism. I am very impressed with all of the sales associates we emciuntetrd. Everyone was very friendly and attentive. I have bought several home appliances here and will continue to do so because they offer excellent customer service and affordable prices..I highly recommend Pacific Sales!”
“I had the pleasure of working with Matt at the Flooring Supply Shop. What an easy and quick experience it was complete with shipping assistance. I will happily be forwarding his information to the GC's and subs with whom I work.”
“I had a great experience with the Kitchen Store. I was referred to CYNTHIA TORRES and she did not disappoint! She has a great eye for design and function and made an incredible kitchen out of a small space. She listens, is easy to work with and helped design all the cabinets and layout. She made a computer simulation so I could visualize what the final result would be. The kitchen is larger, brighter and more user friendly. She also was a great resource during the buildout. I highly recommend the Kitchen Store and especially Cynthia! Torres.”
“Working with Lux was such a great experience! We couldn’t be happier with our full kitchen remodel…..it is GORGEOUS. The owner, the office staff, and the crews were all amazing and so easy to work with and so respectful of us and our home. In addition, they were there for us when we had a few other home issues due to flooding and were able to also provide a new roof and fix the room that was damaged and put it back to its original condition all while working on the kitchen and completing it within the time promised. We recommend them very highly!”
“I purchased from this store from abroad, before even trying the knife a the service is great and the staff are very responsive.
I purchased a Mazaki Gyuto 210mm, and holy… this knife provides the performance on par with the highest end Japanese knives out there, feels great in hand with an exceptionally high quality handle.
Would recommend!”
“Shlomi and his team helped us every step of the way with our extensive house renovation. We redid our entire kitchen, master bedroom / bathroom, laundry room and added a walk in master closet. From the plans to the finishing touches they always made themselves available. We greatly appreciated Shlomi, Jordan and everyone who helped us make this renovation a reality. The group text where we were kept updated with plans for the days ahead helped us keep our life organized as this was ongoing. It was so much less stressful with their management and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We look forward to their help in transforming our garage into an ADU later this year and we highly recommend them to anyone looking ready to start their own renovations.”

“Main Building Materials is a reliable spot for construction and home improvement supplies. The selection is solid, especially for lumber and basic materials. The staff are knowledgeable and willing to help you find what you need quickly, which makes the whole experience smooth.”
“The best plumbing supply on the West Coast
The staff are very patient, knowledgeable, and solution oriented. They solve my hard to find shower diverter parts problem.”
“They have all kinds of cozy stuff and I get zen feeling here too. Online shopping experience with them is great too but I'd always prefer to visit the store physically every few months to keep me updated.🥰❤”
“Fabulous selection of natural stones - huge inventory. I wanted to give a special shout-out to Anna who was immensely helpful and patient throughout the selection process. I would highly recommend Paramount Quality Stone to anyone undergoing a home renovation.”
“Great selection of vanities with slight imperfections at steep discounts. They also offer new vanities online if you fall in love with a style and the slight imperfection is a deal breaker. Very nice staff.”

“Excellent customer service from both Issa and Dayana. I've worked with this location on projects for both myself and several clients. My expectations have been exceeded every time!”

“Fantastic customer service! I called ahead to verify that this store had a specific item, and although it didn't, Jan went out of her way to check every store in the LA area to find it and passed me their phone number so I could put it on hold.
Highly recommend for all your kitchen needs!”
“We had the absolute best experience with Redondo Floor and Design. Candice and John were incredible. They communicated clearly and rapidly throughout the entire process. The team at our house always arrived on time and was very clean and respectful. The floors look amazing and we're installed with great care. I highly recommend them for your next home project.”
“We had Carpet Corner remove the old carpet and install new carpet in our living room, three bedrooms, the stairs to the second floor, and the upstairs hallway, a total of about 175 square yards. Mike sent three very capable and friendly installers, who were here about nine hours. They had to move an upright piano, a grandfather clock, beds, furniture, a couple of large display cabinets filled with glass and ceramic collectables, etc. etc., then put it back when they were done. Nothing got damaged, and the new carpet looks great!”
“Owner is so kind and this store has EVERYTHING. Looks small on the outside - is NOT! There’s a downstairs with all the screws and plumbing parts you would need. So many specific pieces. Make sure you know what you need exactly before going. Pics are just from the screw section.”
“Mariano development inc. is a very professional company. JR knows what he doing and helps to guide you with your ideas and designs. He has an experienced background which helps him to understand your needs. Has good ideas and shares that with one. He is also very patient and friendly.”
“Cannot say enough good things about this location, found everything i needed, enjoyed how easy everything was to get to thanks to how organized and stocked everything is, Thank you Josè and the amazing team you have, we'll surely come again.”
“We were very happy with the cabinet. Steward responded very quick to my questions. Even my project was so small, he took care of it with speed and quality! Definitely will recommend his service and love to work with him again. Thank you Steward!”
“Excellent service and selection. I would recommend talking with Dallas if you can. He helped up rehab a house in the Palms-Mar Vista area and has excellent taste, is very communicative, etc. At our personal residence the arm to the shower head failed and was leaking. He was able to get us a replacement ASAP for it. We're not in discussions with him on other fixtures needed for our other bathroom. A++.”

“Mario is an outstanding team member at Ferguson on 23rd Street. He’s always incredibly helpful, greets customers with a great attitude, and stays in a positive mood no matter how busy it gets. He once went above and beyond by staying after his shift to help me search for my lost key. If you ever get him at the counter, you’re in for a real treat.”
“If you are in the market for anything that this store sells, please go and do business with them whenever you are able. Customer service like this just doesn’t exist anymore. I called in to Reece less than 5min before closing for a rubber washer that probably cost less than $.50, but was gonna be a lifesaver for my evening. I was a little more than 5min away and Damion, the wonderful gentleman who answered my call, FaceTimed me on the spot to see what part I needed, he then took it out of the store before they closed So he could give it to me five minutes after he had to lock the doors. He totally would’ve been justified to have taken my call and said, “sorry buddy. You gotta come tomorrow.” but what he did without a doubt will have me returning to the store anytime I I am able to give them my business. Thank you Damion!”
“I encountered one of the best customer service experiences ever. Faycel, the Rep is an outstanding individual and a credit to ALFI.
He managed to source a swivel tub spout for me that currently appears backordered. I needed it pronto due to an imminent closing on a property we just sold. I cannot say enough good things about Faycel and ALFI. Their customer backup is second to none.
Thank you.”

“We visited Ferguson on Marine Ave to look for a replacement of our old Delta shower set. Paola helped us by showing possible alternatives and narrowing down selections based on our preferences (type, color, water pressure, shape design, etc.) and compatibility with the existing plumbing system. She was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. She spent over an hour with us going through the whole process, and in the end, she spotted a tiny incompatibility of a diverter setup that cannot be fixed unless we commit to a larger renovation project (tearing down the wall/tile). We ended up deciding to stick with the existing shower set for now, but Paola was still sincere and very helpful with our questions on much smaller items over email communications afterwards. We would definitely come back to Paola when we go for the new shower set.”
“I worked with Polly and Leah who helped me redesign my kitchen and a bathroom after extensive water damage had destroyed them. Polly and her assistant were very attentive, answered questions in a timely manner, and offered great ideas for the designs. My new kitchen and bathroom are just beautiful.”
“Great place to get a second-hand water heater. The guy that works here is friendly and very helpful. They have really good prices, and they even have warranties on their water heaters. I definitely recommend this place.”
“My brothers and I bought kitchen cabinets here, and our salesperson was Enrique. He gave us a pretty reasonable deal and he also offered assembly and delivery. I felt taken care of, like I wasn't just a sale. Enrique made sure that every step of the whole process he was taking care of us. After this great experience from beginning to end, I feel extremely grateful to this business. I'm forever loyal and will keep coming back to buy tiles, kitchen cabinets and bathroom cabinets. Thanks so much again. And I'll definitely see you all soon for my next investment property.”
