“Had a great experience at this Verizon store. The employee who helped me was really friendly, patient, and knew what he was doing.
He took his time explaining the different options and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed or pressured. Switching phone service can be a headache, but he made the whole process easy and straightforward.
He was also very honest about everything and helped me figure out what made the most sense for me instead of just trying to sell me something.
Overall, great customer service and a really easy experience. I’d definitely recommend coming here if you’re looking to switch to Verizon or need help with your account.”

“I have to say first off this place is very busy, but that doesn't mean they aren't very efficient in getting people in and out. If you don't have the patience to wait, then you may want to have someone else bring your device in for you. 😁 I'm only mentioning this because of a an individual breathing heavily because of the inability to wait.
Now, let's get to the customer service. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a welcome and friendly tone from Carlos, who was taking the information and getting the diagnosis from the customers. I've been here for at least 30 minutes, and several times, Carlos has thanked the customers for their patience and assured them they would be assisted. Having people like Carlos helping customers makes the wait much better. I can say that I will return if I have any other phone/computer issues in spite of the wait. Thank you, Carlos and the rest of the staff that is not visible, who are making the repairs in the back, you're greatly appreciated.”

Danny was absolutely great: very professional, friendly, fast, clear, and helpful. Even though my purchase was not a huge amount, they were still able to split it into monthly payments with 0% interest for one year, which was a very nice option and really convenient.
On top of that, they even gave me a phone cable as a gift, which was a very pleasant surprise. Small things like this really show great customer service.
