“Friendly and fast customer service. They helped me print out and faxed over some very important documents very quickly. Other places would just point their finger and tell you to go and print and fax over there and when you get to that section there is always something wrong with the computer, printer or fax machine and u have to wait such a long time to get help! BUT not this location , u can honestly see they help their customers with a smile and no worries I got you attitude!! Awesome place to go of u need fast, friendly service with mailing or anything that needs documentation attention.”

We walked in as two visually impaired people needing a notary, which quickly turned into, “Oh, and we need this printed… and help with this… and where do we sign… and what pen are we even using?” 😂
Ryley handled ALL OF IT while somehow still managing the counter and helping everyone else. She figured out what pen felt easiest for us to write with, physically guided our fingers to the signature lines, explained everything without ever making us feel rushed or like we were asking for too much, and genuinely took all the pressure out of the situation.
Accessibility without making it awkward is an ART, and Ryley absolutely nailed it. By the time we left, I was like… wait, why am I suddenly looking forward to my next notary appointment?! 😂
Seriously, some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Protect Ryley at all costs. Give this woman the $250 Amazon gift card AND employee of the month. 😂❤”

“First time using FedEx Full Service Printing services. I was helped by Alyssa, who was super nice, competent and friendly.I provided Alyssa with a thumb drive with the files that I needed printed. In no time, Alyssa prepared a proof, which turned out to be perfect. In just a few minutes, I was done!All in all it was a great experience. The only con is the price. “Its not a regular FedEx Store although it processes and does ship FedEx. It's an AIM Mail and Print Center FYI. So with. respect to Maps you are circling around and around looking for the FedEx store and never find jt.”
“I’m in North Redondo on Spreckels lane and I have the best driver anyone could have She is Hispanic and a petite lady very helpful I’m old and she has delivered at least 60 bags of rocks and they are heavy If I’m not home she places them at my back gate for my convenience She is very fast and an excellent employee I wish I knew her name I see her driving through the neighborhood and she is very efficient and we are blessed she is our streets deliverer Thank you,Betty Kubat”
