The woman in the passport department was rude and impatient and that’s being nice! If you don’t have to come here I definitely wouldn’t!

Passport office is horrible. Supposed to open at 9am but by the time the employees arrive and actually open, it’s actually 10am. No respect for people’s time

Sad state of affairs for a location that was awesome in the 1980s. Counter staff appears overwhelmed, front counter needs another remodel.
