“I had some slight difficulty redeeming a partially damaged gift card, but ultimately was able to resolve the situation and everything worked out. The store manager, Darren, reached out via email as well and was very nice about the situation.
You can of course try on shoes in store. Or, if you are buying a certain pair of shoes on repeat like myself, you can also order via their website/Square. My order was fulfilled pretty quickly and I was satisfied with my most recent shoes, the Brooks Adrenaline GTS 24.
I've also gone on and off to the VR running group that meets Tuesdays outside of the RB store -- they're a great crowd and very welcoming.”
