“ERIK SANDOVAL, at the Torrance location on Hawthorne Boulevard here in Los Angeles was amazing all the way through the entire experience. I had the car shipped out here from Georgia and he was attentive and there for me all the way through the entire process. Once the car got to Los Angeles and it was prepped and ready for me to see and ready for it to be sold, he was there 100% through the entire experience. CarMax is my favorite place to buy a car as I have always had a wonderful experience and their extended car warranties have always treated me well.
