“Love this shop! We purchased two new bikes for Christmas. Was warmly welcomed by Timothy as soon as we entered. Saul came over to join and asked us questions to lead us to the right bikes while being both helpful and patient. We ended up with the perfect bikes. We picked them up on Christmas Eve. At that time, I brought in a TLR tire not keeping its air and Julian stopped with the bike he was working on and did a great job on diagnosing the problem and fixing it immediately. The culprit was a loose valve stem and core. I have ridden the tire over rough and dirty roads on a 2-hour ride with no problems. Great Job guys! Highly recommend this Woodside Bike Shop Annex. --”
