“In the 6 years I have gone to this location, this store's staff members are very helpful and courteous. However, I have gone to this store a few times to pay my bill or do phone related business there, only to find the store is closed (during business hours)! No note or anything. It is left to look like the business is shutdown and no longer in business. I went there yesterday...the same thing. Luckily I was traveling in the area anyway.”

“Come here come here STAFF is top notch here and it's been a while since there have been employees working with carriers that know their stuff promos and equipment! Alicia is so great at her job she doesn't make you feel stupid or lack knowledge. Very respectful and humble! Management must be good as their is no uptight employees working here. They are very respectful and knowledgeable as well as suggest solutions for you. Very appreciative you will be in their services. Alicia is a talent to have for this team. Had an issue with my phone. “I had a pleasant trip today. My mother forgot her pin AND security questions so I had to bring her along to our nearest MetroPCS store for help. An employee by the name of, Francisco, went above and beyond and managed to help us reset both her pin and security questions. Another employee called, Jesus, helped us with another problem after that. Both employees were very nice and understanding. The store was busy when we arrived, but they got through it quick.”
