PostalAnnex+ in Redwood Shores is a convenient location for shipping, mail, and business services. It accepts all carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, making it easy to drop off packages. The staff can be efficient, friendly, and helpful, providing great customer service for tasks like shipping items across the country, last-minute notary services, passport photos, and same-day print jobs. They are knowledgeable and can coordinate complex requests. However, service can be inconsistent, with some experiences noting staff can sometimes be rude and curt. The location is very accessible with easy parking in the plaza next to a grocery store.
This is the best place ever!! They take all returns-UPS, FedEx and USPS. Everyone I have dealt with is terrific and helpful. I am so happy this is in my neighborhood.
