“I have been going to Rafi and Victor for 7 years now. I was referred to him because I was in a car accident and needed a certificate for my head lights or something like that. Basically a paper proving my headlights were even / at the right height. Ever since then, I have been going to him for my oil changes, car trouble, maintenance etc. He got a new assistant named Victor maybe 5 years ago. I like him a lot, he's such a nice guy, they both are and extremely knowledgeable. As others have mentioned they are both honest and thus always super busy. There has never been a time I show up and they aren't working on a car.
I have never had an issue with my car that Rafi hasn't been able to help me with. I am grateful that my car accident (not my fault, I was T-boned by a moron that took a red light) brought me to him. I will never go to another mechanic. I only trust Victor and Rafi. This is a real review and they deserve 10 stars! If you need anything done, do not hesitate, you will not be disappointed. Only thing is you probably have to wait. They don't need to recruit customers, their honesty and work speaks for itself. Hands down the best shop in SFV.”

“I enjoy coming here. Bill (the elderly shopkeeper) is something else. He's sharp on the lottery and tobacco.The older, Asian woman can multitask; running the till for your purchase & answering the store's phone at the same time. Wow! The weekend guy is excellent. But don't go at night unless you have to: closes early due to the COVID-19 and the weirdoes approach.”

“This is by far the greatest gas station with the best customer service that I have ever been to. It takes a lot for me to write a review on anything let alone a gas station but I had the greatest experience with an employee. I am doing really bad financially right now due to a layoff how many other bad circumstances. I go to get a couple of soda and an ice cream. Saul,The employee behind the counter saw me scrounging up crunched up dollar bills and trying to split a seven dollar tab between my last 5 bucks and my card which had 3. Seeing me grab a lighter and quickly put it back when I saw the price he used his own money to buy me the ice cream and sodas so I could get my lighter and not be broke. There is such thing as earth angels and Saul you are one. You not only helped me out more than you know, but also gave me faith in humanity again at a very trying time in my life. Saul deserves a raise and promotion! Thanks again bro!”

“This is the best 7-Eleven ever! My mom keeps it clean when she's around. She's the infamous "Maria" that cleans and talks to almost everyone who comes by!
