“I absolutely adore this doctor and everyone who I have come in contact with in both the office and the surgical team.Dr. Leo did a procedureon my husband early this morning, 3 hours later we were home.We are very lucky my husband was brought to Northridge Hospital by the paramedics because Dr. Leo found issues that Cedars did not.I had questions, he answered them and called me back himself this afternoon to answer another question.Top notch physician and staff.We are seniors so we have had many a doctor,this man cares.”
“Dr. Emrani and his staff never cease to amaze me. They are friendly and efficient, I never wait more than a couple of minutes. Everybody has a job and they do it in order. They are kind, caring, helpful and funny, which is important in case you need cheering up. I have been a patient of Dr. Emrani for 20 years, drive 1 hour each way to see him and if I get too old to drive I will have someone bring me! I also love that you can get so much done at his office from bloodwork to bone density to echo’s a one stop shop! I was just there yesterday. Dr. Emrani, I love you and your staff!”
“I recently had flown back to New York to visit my family and when I returned a few days later came down with COVID. I left word for Dr. Fatima and her staff called me back & scheduled a time to speak with Dr. Fatima and I got the care I needed. I've been with Dr. Fatima for many years and I find her to be a very thorough Dr., very attentive, listens, & doesn't always prescribe medication right away but alternative methods, which I really like.”
“I definitely recommend it. The place is extremely clean, staff are very attentive and professional. Easy to make the appointment. Was seen within few mins of getting to the office. The doctor was knowledgeable, approachable, caring, took the time to address all that was going on with my illness, in-office tests, medications were called into my pharmacy right away. Overall, if the system would allow me to rate more than five, I would have.”
“I am only 37 but I see lines in my forehead and by my mouth. Not only Dr Sherman put me at easy with talking to me because I was so nervous because I’ve had Botox in the past but not as much as I had this time around I am loving my results everyday I see these little lines go away more and more the instructions did say it takes about 12 days to see the full effect and as the days are passing by I am loving this more and more for sure will be back to see Dr Sherman in 2 or 3 months because I will up keep my young looking face always now ”

My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting him for the first time today, and we couldn't be more thrilled with our experience.The clinic's location is perfect, and there's ample free parking available. That may seem like a minor detail, but trust me, when you've dealt with the parking nightmares at other medical facilities, you'll appreciate this as much as we did.One thing that really stood out to us was the punctuality. We were taken in right on time, and we only had to wait 5-10 minutes to be seen by the doctor. That's practically unheard of in today's world of healthcare! So it’s nice to see Dr. Arasheben's respect for his patients' time.As far as the appointment itself, Dr. Arasheben listened attentively to our concerns, took the time to address each issue thoroughly, provided us with great medical advice/feedback and referred us to the appropriate specialist when necessaryYou’re not walking into the most modern or flashy looking building, but you are walking out with quality care and I find that way more valuable.Based off our initial visit, my husband and I felt reassured, cared for, and confident that we're in good hands. “When I book an appointment, seeing the doctor would take a month out so I decided to see the nurse practitioner since the appointment can be made quickly. My annual physical exam is very thorough and I like the experience. The nurse practitioner had the follow up call with my test result and she was able to answer all of my questions and concerns.”

“I personally like coming here on the weekend and later on in the afternoon. They are quite busy in the morning offering physicals. So if you do plan on going during the week, I suggest around 12 or after. Overall great place to go with good staff. But because they do get busy Last call is usually around eight. Would recommend coming here.”

“I am very much grateful and satisfied with the service that I received in this exer urgent care. I had ear infection and I went two times in one day (Sunday) to that center for my two ears. Ms. Mary, Ms. Tiffany and Dr. Long, helped a lot. I have been they’re for almost 1 hour in morning and another 1 hour in the evening. Doctor constantly checked my ears and Ms. Tiffany took care of the medications that I need. I got appropriate medications and even doctor in the evening gave me another medication. I do not know how to express my appreciation feeling to them. So I decided to write this review. Thanks a lot to all of you that work well from the bottom of your hearth to help your patients.”
“I had a very specific skin issue that I needed urgent care for. I probably ended up calling ten other places only to hear they couldn’t help me, I’m glad I made one more call here. I explained my situation to them & they said they could help me right away. I drove over & was seen immediately. Dr. Cho & her team are very organized, detailed & professional. I even got a follow up call 2 days later by Rachel to check up on me & see how I was doing.
I’ve never had that from any urgent care I’ve been to before.

“Wonderful first time experience! Tina Pham, PA, was incredible. Super attentive, patient, and supportive! We encountered a speed bump during the basic procedure and she was communicative about possible outcomes and next steps. “I got there 15 minutes too late so the doctor couldn't see me. I am notorious for being late. I really tried this time. I left early and every shortcut I could think of. The traffic from North Hollywood to Encino has gotten so much worse over the years.
What used to take 20 minutes is now 45 or more!”

After living outside of LA for 6 years I recently came back last year and have been to the office three times since being back. Every visit continues to be perfect. All staff are always very friendly and punctual, and Defoto is awesome as always.”
