The designers here are beyond gifted! Their vision, expertise, and attention to detail are incredible. They’ve helped me with several purchases over the years and I’m always thrilled with the results. They even make house calls to help with design, measurements, layouts, and choosing the perfect accessories…from art to accent pieces.
It’s no surprise that major Hollywood studios shop here, and I’ve even run into a celebrity while browsing for new bar stools…which is one of their many specialties! The owner, Susan, is kind, helpful, genuinely passionate about what they do, and the entire staff is warm, knowledgeable, and always ready to help.
They offer delivery, personalized design help, and most importantly…a truly unforgettable shopping experience. Can’t recommend them enough!”
“I believe his name was M Ari at the store in chatsworth. I brought in vintage Murano lamps and he was extremely knowledgeable on the product and gave excellent recommendations for shades. I was incredibly impressed by what he recommended and he was very helpful with my purchases. “I have to say how INCREDIBLY helpful Polin B was. She is the store manager here at the Van Nuys location. My husband and I came in looking for twin beds for our daughters. She had two readily available for us to purchase. We didn’t realize that the mattress was too thick for the top bunk bed. I quickly called the store and explained to Paulin the situation and I asked if there was any possible way to exchange the mattress for a smaller thickness level since I worried my daughter would fall off the bed. She was extremely understanding and said since we had just left the store to come back to get the proper size for the top bunk. We came back and returned the mattress and she quickly rang us up with the proper bed size for the top bunk bed. She was so kind, understanding and absolutely professional!”

“I stumbled upon rebound consignment furniture store recently as I was looking for a certain table: the Cleeves coffee table by lulu & Georgia and on the lulu website this table was selling for 1500 and shipping date was given as march!! When I spoke to Jeanie she was so kind and worked with me on every step. I live in Illinois so she arranged for a freight service pickup at the best price and my package was so perfectly packed it came just as I expected!! I would recommend those who are in other parts of the US to use this company and check out their site! I am beyond happy with my purchase!!”

“Having had a sleep number bed, with adjustable bases, in our house, we were surprised to find AxelBloom beds for our Motor home. I reached out to Yong to see about ordering a set for our RV and he was very nice and helpful in giving us suggestions on a set up for us to order.We ordered our beds and within about 2 weeks, Yong let us know that they would be shipping the bed out and we should see it in about a week. Everything arrived as you can see in the picture. When unpacking the bed, everything was packed well and you can tell that they take extra caution in packaging their product. When we unpacked the second box, the one at the bottom, we discovered that the shipping company damaged part of the bed with what appears to be a fork lift. I talked with Yong and he was able to help me out with the issue.We got everything installed and everything had been good. My wife was enjoying having an adjustable bed again as she likes to sleep with her head up. The beds are comfortable and we have been happy with the purchase. We did have an issue with a motor, but it wasn’t anything with Yong and AxelBloom. When I installed the bed, I planned ahead to make sure I had some room in between the bed side stopper and our side table. It appears I didn’t leave enough room as there is just enough play in the frame that one night my wife somehow must have had something press on the remote and eventually ended up messing up the motor when the bed side stopper got caught under the side table. This prevented the motor stop from triggering and caused the issue with the motor. I reached out to Yong and once again, he was polite and helpful in finding a solution for us to get the motor replaced and working again.If we ever need to purchase another bed, we would definitely reach back out to Yong and AxelBloom. I will also make sure I share the experience I have had and the fact that the beds are everything they state they are to whomever I can.Thank you Yong and your team.”

“We had a great experience with Benita at Sleep Number at Topanga. We had already done a lot of research online but being in the store, being able to feel and try the different mattresses, and having Benita describe the products was beyond helpful. We ended up getting more than planned due to the Black Friday deals (discounts and financing) but those decisions were made because we were physically able to touch and feel product. I don’t think that would’ve happened if we did this purely online.
