“Best experience. Today is HOT. It was so nice to walk into this post office and we met with cool air. I had to send a package internationally, but I had no idea how to do it. I haven’t sent a package internationally in a long time. Mickey was incredible. He walked me through everything and assured me that we will get this package to its destination. I will be back!!!”
“OMG the 4930 Balboa Blvd, Encino, CA 91316 post office is so amazing it's much better compared to the damn Winnetka USPS office around the corner of my home were I'm still resolving an issue with a package I assume they lost and is stuck in pre shipment after mom dropped it off for me the staff is friendly and amazing and I love the place so clean and tidy if you live near by just do it go to that office drive the extra mile for great service don't get disappointed by stupid customer service the post office I mention above my review is worth it a great place”

I am absolutely amazed by the service at the United States Postal Service in Westwood. Every single letter I send from this location reaches its recipient without any issues. In the past, my mail would often get lost when sent from other branches, but here everything works flawlessly!
The staff are wonderful — always friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to answer any questions. They work quickly and accurately, and they know exactly when to suggest additional services. Everything here is just perfect. Thank you!”

Seriously, the entire team from Lupe to Daniel to Raul have allowed me to grow my business faster than I had ever hoped.Looking for a Post Office with actually super friendly employees and great service? Well, turns out it exists and it’s nestled nicely within Topanga.My only concern is that the team seems to be understaffed and overworked since the new Postmaster took over. The team works as hard as humanly possible, but there are still limits to what can be reasonably accomplished with only one or two employees at the front, especially as we approach the busiest time of the year for packages and mail.Thank you team!Andy”

“US Post Office on Rinaldi is a convenient neighborhood post office for the Porter Ranch area. Located in the shopping center near Rinaldi and Tampa, it’s easy to access and parking is usually very convenient.
Since the Amazon Fresh in the plaza closed, there are now many more available parking spaces, which makes visiting even easier.
The shopping center also has a variety of restaurants nearby, including sushi, Korean food, and pizza, so it’s easy to run errands and grab a meal at the same time.”

“I stopped by this USPS office to drop of an Amazon return. I been to the plaza this USPS office is in so many times but never knew there was a USPS here. I found parking easily since this office is in a plaza with many parking spots. When I walked inside the post office, there was no one in line so I was able to walk up and hand my package since everything was paid for already. I got my receipt and left, it was a simple and easy process.”
“I was dealing with a frustrating situation involving a missing parcel that had been stuck in transit with no updates for days. After getting nowhere online, I came into the branch hoping for some clarity—and that’s when I met Victor, the branch manager.
Victor was not only professional but genuinely helpful and patient. He took the time to listen, pulled up the tracking information, and made several calls on my behalf to locate the package. Thanks to his persistence and clear communication, we were able to track it down and get it moving again.

“Thank you Post Masters for Saving the Day!!!!!!!! I went to Fed Ex to box and ship a mother's day gift back home to the East Coast. The shipping cost quoted was disrespectful!! After trying 2 other places I found POST MASTERS!!! Hector and Ken were both so HELPFUL , PROFESSIONAL & KIND!!!!!! They took care of me, reboxed my package, gave me a reasonable shipping rate and the box is on it's way to my sweet Mom!!! “This is my second time stopping by. The first one was not good at all. Probably it is because it's almost 5pm and they're closing soon. The male postal worker must be tired and he is not happy to answer inquiries. The second time, I came Friday afternoon. There was a line but it went fast. This lady named Sandra helped me to make the transaction easy. She explained to me in detail the differences regarding the amount of each mailing options. With that, it helped me a lot to decide. I agree with a fellow Yelper - Sandra has been a great. Recommended.”

Parking spots are sparse, but there are a couple of large parking lots nearby and the streets have parking too”
“I honestly can’t say enough good things about this USPS location. I’ve been here multiple times for different services, and every visit has been consistently excellent.
The employees are incredibly kind, patient, and thorough. They explain everything clearly and make sure nothing is missed. You can really tell they care about doing their job well.
Hands down the best USPS experience I’ve ever had. Huge compliments to the entire team! you’re doing a fantastic job!”
“Only 4 stars because of the long wait ( 1hr outside, about 2 inside just waiting) but know that I did not have an appointment. Staff was extremely knowledgeable, helpful AND friendly! (Though tired, they're dealing with a lot).
1. Make sure your documents are COMPLETELY filled out BEFORE coming. If not I guess do it in line outside but bring a clipboard or something to write on. They do have a LIMITED supply of paper applications and they run out so that's why they recommend coming with your own.
2. Be prepared to wait. Bring water, headphones, a portable charger for your phone, a book, playing cards, whatever. You're gonna have to kill some time. There is AC inside and god bless them a fan (and it's hot) but there's an outside area with tables should you brave the heat (some of them have umbrellas so it's not too bad). One lady brought lunch with her. Queen.
3. Be prepared to STAND too. There aren't enough chairs. Wear comfortable shoes.
4. There are NO public bathrooms.
5. There are vending machines that are cash/coin only. Not sure if it's expensive but at least those are an option.
6. There was a fruit vendor near here and that fruit looked glorious in this heat so BRING CASH and support your local vendor.
All in all, my partners appointment only took him like 5 mins lol. Other people's seem to take way longer.”

“I wanted a printed and email receipt but didn't get either. I was about to walk out pretty upset but then when I turned around I told her lady at the counter that I really needed the receipt because I paid extra for tracking number she let me go right ahead and printed a receipt for me. Great customer service she was really sweet she was the only one there.. even though there was a line she was very patient and welcoming.”

“This is the USPS location I use most of the time because it’s the closest to my house. The staff are always super friendly and ready to explain anything I need help with. They have a small parking lot that can get busy at times you might have to wait a minute or two or circle back for a spot. Inside, there are only two or three service counters, but the staff work efficiently and keep the line moving, so wait times are rarely an issue. I’ve had to send packages internationally before, and any time I had questions about the forms or process, they helped me every step of the way with a smile on their faces. It’s a completely different experience compared to the Reseda location, where everyone always looks miserable. I 100% recommend this USPS location to anyone in the Winnetka area who needs to send mail.”

This one and San Fernando usps will be a favorite! I’ve had my far shares to the closest one to me which is Pacoima and they were terrible and rude but now I know where to drop off my stuff at :)! “I love the convenience of this location! If you are on the UCLA campus, it is THE place to send off your snail mail to other cities, states, and countries. Sure, it is a bit small and cramped, but they offer nearly everything you need a post office to do... mail pre-postage paid items, pay for postage on boxes, buy stamps, etc. They even offer free tape and scissors. The longest I have seen the line is 6 people, and it has never taken more than 15 minutes to get to the front of the line... even during tax season. My local post office takes far longer, so I typically bring all of my mailing to work to send off from this location. The student workers are friendly and knowledgeable. Mail is usually picked up at two times during the day (1 p.m. and 4 p.m., I believe) and this location does not receive any mail or boxes (which expedites the line).”

They never rush you and seem to love their jobs. The place is always clean and love you can just walk to the plastic curtain and drop off a package that doesn't need any postage; just drop and go. We will continue to use the USPS location.”
“I will always come to this usps location specifically for Simone!! She’s such a delight every time I come in and makes the process so smooth and easy. I’ve also never had any issues or delays when dropping off my packages. They get scanned same day, always. I’ve gone to other location where my packages sometimes don’t get scanned in for days and it’s made my small business suffer.”
