“Never had an issue with this place, the employees are cool. I’m there somewhat often, sometimes the wait can be excessive but them the breaks. All my shipments keep getting to their destination which is all that matters.”

I am absolutely amazed by the service at the United States Postal Service in Westwood. Every single letter I send from this location reaches its recipient without any issues. In the past, my mail would often get lost when sent from other branches, but here everything works flawlessly!
The staff are wonderful — always friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to answer any questions. They work quickly and accurately, and they know exactly when to suggest additional services. Everything here is just perfect. Thank you!”
“OMG the 4930 Balboa Blvd, Encino, CA 91316 post office is so amazing it's much better compared to the damn Winnetka USPS office around the corner of my home were I'm still resolving an issue with a package I assume they lost and is stuck in pre shipment after mom dropped it off for me the staff is friendly and amazing and I love the place so clean and tidy if you live near by just do it go to that office drive the extra mile for great service don't get disappointed by stupid customer service the post office I mention above my review is worth it a great place”
“When ever I went here to ship a package ? I would make the line, not super long but there's a line. One day I was in the line and one of the workers was asking if anyone had a QR code and I did and he told me that I didn't had to wait in the line, that I can do it myself on the self help machines. He showed me how to use it and now every time I go I just scan my QR code and the label prints out I Put it on my package and all done.”

“If I could give 15 our of 5 stars I would: for TUAN! I was there to mail a small package priority. The standard priority boxes weren't the right size, so Tuan customized a larger box to fit my item. He then put it in a priority envelope that was actually slightly cheaper than the box price-- hooked me up. I was having a rough day (tears leaking out despite my best efforts) and though he never said a word about it, he showed me tremendous care, compassion, and gentleness in a moment where I needed it most. He also xeroxed the address info I had on the original box and then just taped it on the new packaging, so I wouldn't have to step aside to rewrite it all. It's like he knew that would be a lot for me in that moment. He not only showed excellent customer service, but incredible humanity-- such a rare quality in this world. Tuan is an stellar human being and deserves all the praise!!! Oh, also, my priority package got from Burbank to Jersey in A DAY AND A HALF!! So Tuan also worked some magic to get my package in the fast lane. <3”

“US Post Office on Rinaldi is a convenient neighborhood post office for the Porter Ranch area. Located in the shopping center near Rinaldi and Tampa, it’s easy to access and parking is usually very convenient.
Since the Amazon Fresh in the plaza closed, there are now many more available parking spaces, which makes visiting even easier.
The shopping center also has a variety of restaurants nearby, including sushi, Korean food, and pizza, so it’s easy to run errands and grab a meal at the same time.”

“I stopped by this USPS office to drop of an Amazon return. I been to the plaza this USPS office is in so many times but never knew there was a USPS here. I found parking easily since this office is in a plaza with many parking spots. When I walked inside the post office, there was no one in line so I was able to walk up and hand my package since everything was paid for already. I got my receipt and left, it was a simple and easy process.”
“All USPS locations have gone down hill, in my experience, since DeJoy took over. And Steiner doesn’t seem much better — but, this is one of the better locations of all the bad options in this part of LA. I like it better than the one near Fairfax & Santa Monica, as well as the one over on Wilcox. Though this one can be short staffed and the drop off box for packages often sticks, the employees that are here seem nicer than average and the wait often seems shorter. I’ve noticed, too, that packages dropped off here seem to enter the tracking system before packages dropped off at any other nearby USPS branch! Which is important to me.”
“Thank you Post Masters for Saving the Day!!!!!!!! I went to Fed Ex to box and ship a mother's day gift back home to the East Coast. The shipping cost quoted was disrespectful!! After trying 2 other places I found POST MASTERS!!! Hector and Ken were both so HELPFUL , PROFESSIONAL & KIND!!!!!! They took care of me, reboxed my package, gave me a reasonable shipping rate and the box is on it's way to my sweet Mom!!! It really means something when you find local companies that care and go the extra mile to be fair and deliver top notch service! Victor was not only professional but genuinely helpful and patient. He took the time to listen, pulled up the tracking information, and made several calls on my behalf to locate the package. Thanks to his persistence and clear communication, we were able to track it down and get it moving again.

“This is the USPS location I use most of the time because it’s the closest to my house. The staff are always super friendly and ready to explain anything I need help with. They have a small parking lot that can get busy at times you might have to wait a minute or two or circle back for a spot. Inside, there are only two or three service counters, but the staff work efficiently and keep the line moving, so wait times are rarely an issue. I’ve had to send packages internationally before, and any time I had questions about the forms or process, they helped me every step of the way with a smile on their faces. It’s a completely different experience compared to the Reseda location, where everyone always looks miserable. I 100% recommend this USPS location to anyone in the Winnetka area who needs to send mail.”

I watched them greet every single customer with a genuine smile, and no matter how busy they were, the first words out of their mouth were, “Hi, I’m so sorry you had to wait.” That simple act of kindness and empathy immediately put people at ease.
Both have such a warm, positive personalities and treated everyone with patience, respect, and professionalism. It’s rare to see someone consistently make every customer feel welcomed and valued, especially during a busy day. USPS is fortunate to have an employees like Veronica and Kayla. “I wanted a printed and email receipt but didn't get either. I was about to walk out pretty upset but then when I turned around I told her lady at the counter that I really needed the receipt because I paid extra for tracking number she let me go right ahead and printed a receipt for me. Great customer service she was really sweet she was the only one there.. even though there was a line she was very patient and welcoming.”
“I live close to this post office, so I've always come to this establishment. From the reviews, I don't understand why this place is at a 2.9. I have always had a good experience dropping off my packages here, and the service never fails me. Not to mention, the staff is kind in comparison to other postal offices. (Well, from my experience)”
“This is my second time stopping by. The first one was not good at all. Probably it is because it's almost 5pm and they're closing soon. The male postal worker must be tired and he is not happy to answer inquiries. The second time, I came Friday afternoon. There was a line but it went fast. This lady named Sandra helped me to make the transaction easy. She explained to me in detail the differences regarding the amount of each mailing options. With that, it helped me a lot to decide. I agree with a fellow Yelper - Sandra has been a great. Recommended.”
