“so I have an electrical issue with my car. I brought my alternator to CP and was helped by Gerardo who had it checked right then and it was fine. I told him I thought my battery was shot because it was only showing 6 volts, he said my charger would not charge it but he has a charger that will and said bring it in and I will charge it for free. picked it up few hours later and it tested good. I would have gladly paid for the service. excellent customer relations.bad news is I still have a problem with my car but didn't spend money on something not needed.”

“I needed to replace a bulb for my Honda. Reggie was the young gentleman helping me today and he made my experience superb. He showed me the different types of bulbs available and helped me pick the right one out. I was going to pay a mechanic to install the bulbs for me afterwards but Reggie literally exceeded my expectations and asked me if I needed help installing them. I said, "Yes, that would be amazing!" And Reggie humbly took his time, out in the heat of the sun, by hand, under the hood of my car, by himself, and single handedly did all the work for me while I stood in awe. Right when I walked in, Juan was ready to help me find the right type of bulb for my needs. He walked out with me to my car and spent 10 - 15 minutes helping me get the bulbs installed, doing most of the work himself. It would have been a lot harder to install the lights without him.
