“I went in 8/6 for my passport for me and my children. I was super nervous one me being pregnant and having two kids with me.
But let me tell you Yvette is wonderful. She made is so easy and smooth I was stressing all night for nothing. Everyone at this location is super nice.”

“Such a beautiful old historic building. I went in the other day asking for a change of address. The attendant said there were no change of address forms. He completely forgot to mention it was possible to do it online. ? I got the feeling...(I might be wrong) he was just among excuses and really didn't care. Because the USPS attendant smirked. I prefer going to UPS store...whether they don't smirk.”

“Please before you leave a negative review, reconsider all the good things these workers do and have to put up with, loads of everyone mail and complaints and pressure thats unforseen by the US government and micro-managing that we may be unaware of.

“I got my baby’s passport picture taken and passport application processed in 10 minutes. The staff was so kind and helpful and even made my baby smile and gave her a little toy.”
“Had a package from China incorrectly get routed to Loma Linda, which is 75 miles away from me. The Chinese retailer that shipped the package labeled it with two different addresses (WHAT THE HECK?). I called the Loma Linda USPS and luckily I got Christine, who was amazing helpful, patient, and professional. Not only did she locate my package, but arranged for it to be delivered to the CORRECT address. Thank you, Christine and the Loma Linda postmaster!”
“I’m so glad for this postal service! I have been having trouble changing address for my baby as she is no longer a minor and has no proof of address. The gentleman that helped us out was his day off and he went above and beyond to help us with this matter. I am so grateful for people like him that value their work and deliver great service! This for sure is my go to usps service from now on!”
“I have had to wait in lines , yes. Here is the
reason why; people who come in and do not know what they want or how to get what they want instead of going on the web site and getting the info to be ready for their services. Do not come into any post office not knowing what you need. Don't ask questions, say what you need and they will get it. If you have a question go on the web site. If you come in uninformed, YOU ARE THE ONE HOLDING UP THE LINE. The workers are great!!!!!!.”

He came out look thru the computer did what he had to do so I was able to pay for my P O Box and go on with my day . With no late fees . Gracias , I did not catch your name . You know who you are . “Lot of bad reviews here for things out of this post office’s control. Don’t complain about long lines, they’re understaffed and work as efficiently as possible from 4am until 10pm. Complain to your senator if you want something done about the lines so more money goes to Usps.Helpful tip, research what you can do online, print your postage, save your time.”

They all know my name Dennis and always professional, I picked up my mail and the young man Tristan, was awesome. I love this team and they always greet me when I come in. I recommend this location.”
