Derek was very helpful when renewing my passport. Make sure you have your renewal form filled out and you have your old passport ready. They take check or cashiers check (which they can sell you). It was easy and he was great to work with! I had to go in to get my photos but you can renew online. Make an appointment online... read full comment

Stopped taking passport apps before 4 pm when it states that they accept walking from 3-4 pm. They clerk there stopped at 3:30
