“Jeremy is a genius and highly skilled technician and here's why! He installed a Swytch ebike conversion kit (a great product btw but in this case it involved much troubleshooting and coordinating with their London based Company.... through email only....often) on my Brompton folding bike. Jeremy studied the installation manual from cover to cover. He has a strong background in bicycle bionics which lent itself to his comprehension of the Swytch system; yet without a diagnostic system to pinpoint the problem issue (as with bionics), Jeremy relied on his acute tenacity, patience and excellent logic to solve the problem. He is the genius who succeeded in converting my manual bike into a zippy, extra thrilling ebike! I strongly recommend Jeremy and Big Swingin' Cycles for both service and sales. If you want an a Swytch ebike kit installation, look no further. I'll return to Big Swingin' Cycles and will continue to deservedly share this massive success story. I went in with my then 4-year old to get a bike headlight, and in the course of "installing," I asked why the front handlebars seemed to be twisting. The associate showed me where the screw holding the front tire was about to fall off the frame, and tightened it for free, probably saving my kid from an accident that night. I feel stupid now for letting my partner buy a kids bike on Amazon- it is a clunky PoS. Blue Heron has a great selection of lightweight kids bike, and next time I will for sure shop locally. I also LOVE their live Falcon cam”

“Scott was awesome. He diagnosed a rebuilt battery in a matter of minutes. The company that rebuilt the battery rebuilt the battery to 36 V, instead of 48V. Now I know where to go when my ebike has an issue. It took many calls to find Pacific E-Bike and I am glad I found a great repairman. Kudos!”

“These guys are so great. I came in after my bike chewed up my dress, and they immediately were able to get it fixed. I had to come in a second time to get my gears rebalanced, which again they did within literally 1 minute. And they finished the work so fast they didn't even charge me. Incredible! So glad I live close by :)”

“I recently brought in my ebike because the brakes weren't working properly. The man who worked on it, I think his name was Wakeem, said I needed a new tandem cable, which he didn't have but he ordered one. He tightened up the brakes as best he could and didn't charge me anything. The next week, they told me the tandem brake cable had come in, so I took the bike in. Wakeem (?) looked at it and said I also needed new brake pads. Fortunately, they had ones in the shop he could fit on. He did all that and adjusted the shifter for only $38! I have a great appreciation for the place now.”
