“This place has to be your #1 for selection, service and education. Kansas (Oakland store) took us out for test runs and answered all questions about Aventon Cargo LR. This is a great family/kid option kids and short grocery trips. While waiting for the bike to arrive and be assembled, I called w/ more questions and Tim (Larkspur store) stepped right up! The staff is passionate about ebike transportation and I highly recommend this company!”

“Such kind and helpful folks! I went in to ask about truing a tire on a bike I had just reassembled and the person working fixed the issue (my tire wasn’t fully in place) and inflated my bike tires for no charge. Everyone was friendly and I’ll definitely be going back for my future cycling needs.”

“This was the first bicycle shop I visited when I first moved to Oakland back in 2014. Charlie was always helpful and a life saver during times in need. I'm not really in the area to go here anymore, but your bicycle can and will be serviced!”

“These guys are great, very knowledgeable and willing to help with advice. Got my favorite new bike here and they had surly sunrise bars to finish the monster bmx bike look I was after. Next to build a fat tire e bike and try this thing on any surface.”
