As a specific example, I found a large size sunshade for my car and it came with suction cups to hold it to the windshield which I hadn't seen before and makes it easier to put up rather than trying to fold the visors down to pinch the top. I never would have guessed Daiso carried such a thing based on the storefront”

“This is one of my favorite stores in Chinatown, it's a lot like the Ben Franklin shops of my childhood. They have great toys, crafts, hardware, housewares, accessories, and pajamas and shoes, and snacks! They really do have everything. We get our house slippers here. You can't beat their prices and the owners are pleasant.”

“Good store to shop. Very polite staff. I send time browsing the aisles to make sure I don't miss their great prices. The staff is helpful and will tell you if you can't find an item in their location you might find it at their other location.”
“This dollar Tree is one of the best in the area. The only problem is that it's the only one for Berkeley, North Oakland, Albany, and nearby El Cerrito. So there serving a large group of people being closer then others. So sometimes the shelves are bare. But the employees are nice and welcoming. And dressed nicely. The next store is San Pablo and it's always trashy. Stuff thrown all over. And bad attitudes.”

Store is usually clean, way more organized and orderly than other locations.
