“I recently switched over to AT&T and had to go into the store on McDonald Ave in Richmond. I was there for about 31/2 to 4hrs, I did leave twice and went back in that timeframe. I was greeted very kindly by Matt. He was absolutely awesome! Then I had the pleasure of being helped by Ivan who was so gracious. I made a friend with a regular patron while waiting, there was also Jesus and finally Chris! These guys all had one thing in common, they were kind and knowledgeable, they all acknowledged every person that walked in exactly the same, with respect. It's rare these days to go to a business where I see people working together as a team and treating each other and customers with respect and kindness. I was literally the last one to leave! He was especially quick & helpful with my equipment return.”

“Jim is great. He runs Brand-X super professionally and has a deep understanding of network setups and concerns. They piggy back off ATT, so you do have to worry about ATT being spotty and shafting bandwidth lessees, but this is the case with many of the big companies too (many just use the others' infrastructure in a given place). Billing is honest and accurate, and services is second to none. The only reason not to use Brand-X is if you need guaranteed uptime like a business line, but otherwise they're the best in the Bay!”
