“I recently switched over to AT&T and had to go into the store on McDonald Ave in Richmond. I was there for about 31/2 to 4hrs, I did leave twice and went back in that timeframe. I was greeted very kindly by Matt. He was absolutely awesome! Then I had the pleasure of being helped by Ivan who was so gracious. I made a friend with a regular patron while waiting, there was also Jesus and finally Chris! These guys all had one thing in common, they were kind and knowledgeable, they all acknowledged every person that walked in exactly the same, with respect. It's rare these days to go to a business where I see people working together as a team and treating each other and customers with respect and kindness. I was literally the last one to leave! I give you guys, Matt, Ivan, Chris, Jesus and everybody else that works there Great Big Virtual Hug. Keep doing what you guys are doing and thank you for blessing me with your time and hard work.
