“This is a fantastic alternative to the post office for sending and receiving mail. This long-time small business offers inexpensive PO Boxes (much less than the post office) and safe package receiving, with notary services, and smart service. You can send via UPS or USPS. There is a no-nonsense vibe when you go in, but there is also a clear integrity that you NEED for mail and for notary services. I will be happy to never go to the post office again, and it will be great to not have to worry about my mail being stolen - as is happening all over the area.”

“I have been coming here for years and everyone who has helped has always been super friendly. A few weeks ago though, Nick truly went above and beyond. I showed up with a dozen packages right when they were about to close. The register and lights were already off and he was walking out the door. He offered to stay, but once I told him how many packages I had and that I still needed to handwrite the addresses, he thought of a solution where he could lock up and close the interior gate, but have me leave my packages in the PO box lobby and the shut the lobby door when I was done. I'm pretty sure USPS, Fedex, and UPS wouldn't have been able to provide a win/win solution like that. I'm so glad to have this service in the neighborhood!”

“I called the phone number re picking up packages mailed US Mail and should have said US Mail instead of USPS. You can't actually pick up a package here if it is mailed US Mail and you aren't paying $176 for a small mailbox for 3 months. The people here are nice and patient the customers can be rude and demanding and complain about pricing like I'm doing but at least I appreciate them.
You could have got your free 20 pages to print out at the Piedmont library by walking 2 blocks up the street.

“We entered the store in San Francisco in a panic. My husband was diagnosed with a very bad cancer and we just got the news on a cruise ship while coming into Port in San Francisco. We were so not holding it together. We had to download alot of paperwork, print fax & make copies. It was overwhelming after hearing the bad news. We got a tuk tuk at the port. Jose was very helpful in getting us to the UPS Store. By the way this was his idea because I didn't even know they did all this. We entered the store and we were greeted with the most pleasant smile of Pinar Ashkar. We told her the task we had in store. She was unbelievable she said we do all this and beyond our expectations she helped us thru it all. The whole entire hour we were in the best hands ever. She printed the email 9 pages that we needed to fill out for emergency surgery. Then she took photo copies of our insurance & faxed. She was the most courteous person you could ever find. Pinar Ashkar should definitely be promoted to a training position for the entire country's UPS store. We are from Florida and use our store but never received such a warm, friendly welcome. Most people will not give you the time of day & this young lady didn't even know our situation of being on a dream vacation and getting such disturbing news. Withwhat we were facing. God bless you Pinar Ashkar & we can only hope the UPS Store appreciates you.”

“The employees at this location are fantastic. The manager(I think?) -her name is Bianca, always goes above and beyond to make sure people are satisfied. For years I came to this UPS store and there was so much employee turnover, no one was happy, nothing was getting done, esp. not in a timely manner, it used to be a terrible experience.
Ever since Bianca came to work here it’s been completely different. All the workers that are hired since Bianca came on the scene have been friendly, helpful and efficient, just like her. I frequent this store often and on some difficult days she has been the pivotal person that not only helped me complete my business here but truly turned my day around with kindness. The most recent hires have also impressed me positively as well.
I’m thankful to not wait in long lines with frowning faces as it used to be. Bianca and all the new hires in the past year, (maybe a little more) have really made the daily journeys to the shipping store a breeze, sometimes a joy. I haven’t written a review for anything in ages but this one has been long overdue. ??”
