Metro by T-Mobile offers great customer service and a huge selection of phones. The staff is very nice, extremely helpful, professional, and considerate. They are exceptional and go over and beyond for the customer, making sure people get the best deal and the best family plan promo. They make people feel good and satisfied with their service, making Metro a better place. They are highly recommended.
They have changed staff a few times but I have to be thankfull for the current employee who closes. He stayed a bit after to help me phone service after I messed up during my Esim download and lost access to my service and therefore my account.
