“The staff at this location is what makes it a 5-star review. Many thanks to K. We stopped by during the week and the store was empty. As soon as we walked in, K greeted us and allowed us to let him know why we were there. He did not try to upsell or anything but instead gave us his honest opinion about selecting the best option to save money. He was very genuine. We came in for a usual upgrade but went another route based on K's recommendation. Even though we had to get new phone numbers, the price for the new plan, phone and accessories was VERY affordable. Like i said, he did not try to upsell or push me to pay more than I needed to based on what I was seeking for my family members. He was super friendly and customer service oriented. He was respectable, personable AND honest. He even gave me a heads up about the 1st bill appearing more than what was agreed upon and advised me to just come into the store to get the first billing corrected. And I did just that. I actually waited to write this review to see if everything would go as planned as K had advised.
I came in a few days before the actual payment was due. K wasn't isnt the shop at the time. I believe the other staff member was named Sam (wears glasses, and has semi long hair, well put together as well). Sam was great too! He basically left off where K did for my family and me. I told him what K had advised me the month before and he knew exactly what to do. It was seamless! After Sam fixed whatever needed to be fixed in the system, he directed me to just go home and make the payment online to save an extra $5 if I were to make the payment in store. Like K, Sam went above and beyond!
If you're able to be helped my K or Sam then you're lucky. But based on both individual's performances, I'm sure all the staff that do work there are just as exceptional. Great experience at the W. El Camino Metro PCS location overall.”
“Would be 5 if the brand stereo I got was cool. Best thing is they keep their word on the install guarantee to fix problems but DO NOT BUY THE ELITE BRAND. I'ld rather saved my money and kept my stock radio cracked screen & all! Only listen to the radio and at least my two stations came in strong EVERYWHERE in Sac Valley...and all steering wheel controls worked. BIG regrets taking out my stock radio. Can't pick up neither my only two stations I listen to. Been back NUMEROUS times so glad they been real stand up on the service guarantee.”

Tried to log on to my T Mobile account but system wanted to send a security code to my phone. See the problem?
After 30 minutes of online chat trying to explain what was going on, and asking fruitlessly for another way to log into my account, I went to this local T Mobile store expecting to buy another phone.
Explained to the young man what was happening. He performed a hard reboot (w/o using the touch screen) and wala, my phone came out of its coma!
I wish I got the young mans name. Overcome w/ joy as my phone is my lifeline. He saved me so much aggravation.
Please tell the young man I am a man of my word. He'll know what I am talking about.”
“Walked in to return a internet box. I cancelled my service. Rosa greeted me and helped me. She was very patient sna s nice. I was in here 1 hour my Internet box was having issues to scan and return it. She had to call the about it which took extra time to be here. Which as fine. I just didn't wanna get stuck with a charge of $300 for the Internet box I was returning on my account. She made sure of it and it worked out fine.”

There is going above and beyond, and then there is the service I received.
I visited this 7-Eleven for the first time at around midnight. My phone was dead, I was tired, I was lost, and I was anxious. I went into the 7-Eleven to buy a phone charger. The cashier who greeted me(who I wish I got the name of, she deserves a raise. She has a lot of piercings if that helps get her the credit she deserves) gave me directions to get home, let me use her phone to look at directions, and offered to charge my phone for a bit for me. But more than any of that, she was a friendly face in an otherwise daunting situation. And at the end of the day, the behaviors and simple kind gestures of this attendant restored some of my faith in humanity.”

“Good place, good honest owner and good service. I got my tinted windows here and two years later my tinted windows still look good. The person that did my windows was top notch with his job. It took a while but he made sure that it was not leaving they're shop at 90% so I was totally fine with that so I would be satisfied 100%.”
